Internal Training Toolkit

Overview

Designed an internal pilot program on SuperNova to train cross-functional marketers as brand advocates, ensuring consistency and governance across all client touchpoints.

My Role

Designed 30+ static and animated assets across 8 training modules, tailored to SuperNova’s restrictions.

Built a responsive Figma prototype to mirror the training experience, complete with annotations mapping copy to assets.

Created a testing workflow by setting up a SuperNova environment on our side, ensuring assets were optimized and easy for the internal designers to integrate.

Delivered a developer-friendly package that the internal designers could “plug and play” into SuperNova.

Key Takeaways

Designing within restrictions sparks creativity

Asset-based solutions can overcome platform limitations while maintaining a strong user experience.

Clear documentation is as important as design

Mockups, annotations, and organized assets streamline handoff and reduce friction for implementation teams.

Scalable brand programs need both craft and systems thinking

A balance between design craft ,and system thinking is essential for scalable brand programs.
